Ruby/Rails Resources

Checkout Peepcode, at $9 per screencast, you better skip Wendy's tomorrow and let TopFunky learn you for over an hour. So far topics include Testing, Rails & TextMate, RJS, and RESTful Rails. From beginner to advanced.

Also, the San Diego Ruby Users Group go into some good details on their podcast site. Check out the free Rails podcasts. Not as informative, but they'll keep you up on the Rails beat.

Similarly, checkout Oreilly's Ruby weblog, and also their onLAMP blog, which serves up the open source development tips. Most of the stuff there is trying to make PHP act like rails, hah, but generally has some good stuff.

Dozens more. Let me know if you have any.
